Christmas Returns

• Orders from 1st November 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025.
• For EU or NI, only refunds are possible due to GPSR regulations.

EU & Northern Ireland Shipping is closed until further notice.

• Last order date: 9am GMT, Monday 9th December 2024.
• I will be unable to ship to EU or NI after Friday 13th December 2024 due to new regulations (GPSR).
• Refunds only (no exchanges) are available for returns from EU or NI.

Domestic Shipping

Parcels are delivered via Royal Mail within the UK. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

International Shipping

Parcels are shipped worldwide from Scotland with Royal Mail. You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been dispatched.

International customs charges

Please note that any customs and import duties that occur after the order reaches its destination country must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Customs policies and import duties vary widely between each country. Please familiarise yourself with the import duties charged for jewellery in your country before making a purchase.
