Do you offer custom or personalised jewellery options?

Unfortunately, custom orders are currently closed, however, personalisation such as custom engraving or changes to existing designs may be possible. Please reach out via email at info@folklorika.co.uk to discuss your ideas and requirements.

Can I return or exchange my jewellery if it doesn't meet my expectations?

Absolutely! If for any reason you're not happy with your jewellery, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. UK returns are free, while international customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

For exchanges, please return your original item for a refund, then place a new order.

How can I track my order once it's been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery online or through our website.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, parcels are shipped with tracking from the UK to many countries worldwide.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location. To view shipping rates add an item to your cart, this will display the shipping calculator on the cart page.
