How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, email me at info@folklorika.co.uk with your order number. Once approved, I’ll provide a return shipping label (for UK customers) or instructions for international returns. Please note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

 

I want you to be completely happy with your Folklorika jewellery! If something isn’t quite right, here’s how I can help:

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised jewellery, such as pieces with engraving, cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

  • UK Customers: Free returns are available within the UK. Once your return is approved, I’ll send a shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package.
  • International Customers: Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Any initial shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect. I’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, I do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

To ensure you get the item you want, please return your original item for a refund, then place a new order.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected your return, I’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
